Are you a landowner in Dane, Iowa, Green, Lafayette, or Grant County? Join us for this free event as a dozen land management professionals from different organizations and agencies, as they sit with you 1:1 and discuss how to help you reach your land management goals.

About the event
Join a dozen land management professionals from different organizations and agencies, as they sit with you and discuss how to help you reach your land management goals.
Before the event we will print out a map of your property. At the event you will have roughly 10 - minutes with each of the professional organizations to talk about how to achieve your land management and production goals. Professionals will also be there to talk about financial assistance to help you achieve those goals.
Topic experts attending include individuals with programs and expertise in:
Grazing
Soil Conservation for Agriculture
Management of Wildlife Habitat
Native Plant and Pollinators
Using Prescribed Fire as a Land Management Tool
Managing Woods
Land Protection Through Conservation Easements
Participating partners who will have representatives at the event include: Blue Mounds Area Project, Dane County Land and Water Resources Department, Driftless Area Land Conservancy, Iowa County Conservation Department, Pheasants Forever, The Prairie Enthusiasts, Sand County Foundation, Xerces and others.
Note: this workshop is geared towards landowners and producers in Grant, Iowa, Green, Lafayette and southwest Dane Counties. counties who operate ~20+ acres of land. Conservation-motivated landowners with less acreage will be considered.
Snacks and a light lunch included.
